Evergreen Fly Fishing Club Founded in 1955, the Evergreen Fly Fishing club (EFFC) provides fly fishing educational programs and activities for its members, serves as a venue for interaction of fly fishers in Snohomish County, and promotes the conservation of fishery resources. EFFC is a non-profit organization with over 100 member and is affiliated with the national Federation of Fly Fishers as well as one of its founding member clubs.
